We’ve only been in Berlin for twenty-four hours but we’ve done a lot.  After arrival, some late night pizza took care of hunger from the long trip.  Then this morning, we headed out by train to Wittenberg, the famous site of the beginning of the Reformation.  There we had a traditional German meal and visited the Castle Church where Luther posted the 95 Theses and the Lutherhaus, the monastery that was converted to Luther’s home and now houses a fantastic museum.  Back in Berlin tonight, we did some shopping and are getting ready for a day tomorrow in town, when we plan to visit the Humboldt University of Berlin and several other important sites.  Stay-tuned for posts by students!  Everyone is healthy and happy.
