German Thought & Culture

This year’s trip to Germany is the first of its kind at CCS – a deep exploration of the culture of Germany using the tools of religion, philosophy, theology, music, STEM, food, and much more.  The trip itinerary traces the progression of German thinking – from Martin Luther in Wittenberg to Hermann Hesse in the dark forests of Calw.  This progression, both chronological and thematic, will allow students to grasp the major trends that have originated in Germany but had impact around the world.

Don’t miss a stop on the journey!
