The dark days of winter are slowly giving way to the warmth of spring and summer. Here in Virginia, storms mark the shift – today, our first big rain in a while with claps of thunder. For those of us heading to Senegal, it feels like the warm sun of West Africa and the hospitality of the Country of Teranga is waving us forward. We will get the feel the brightness of spring without the storms! Just a hop across the Atlantic.

Please follow the group of 14 students and 3 teachers as we explore Senegal from its traditional interior to the coast, where transformation is visible around every corner. We will have a lot to share!
